Delivery information

Next Day Delivery to addresses in the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

There are 2 options for delivery to the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland:

DPD - Next Day Home Delivery* - order before 10pm Sunday to Friday

DPD delivery is FREE on all orders €50+ or £40+ (NI orders), otherwise it's €3.95/£3.95 per order.

(*excludes certain larger items of furniture – click here to see furniture delivery information).

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are made by DPD. Your order tracking links and consignment details will be sent in the 'Your Order is on its Way' email sent at the time of order dispatch.

Free Next Day Store Delivery -  ROI/NI

Your online order can be delivered next day to a selected Dunnes Stores - Free.  

If you place an order before 10pm (Sunday to Friday), it will arrive in the selected store next day.*    Once received by the store a 'Ready for Collection' email will be sent to the email address included in the order.
 
(*next day delivery is excluded during peak periods, public holidays and during adverse weather)

Delivery to addresses in the UK - England, Scotland & Wales

Delivered by UK Royal Mail/Parcelforce (England, Scotland and Wales)

Delivery is FREE on all orders £40+, otherwise it's £3.95 per order.

Orders placed (Monday to Friday) will arrive within 5 working days following the order date 

*Please allow an additional 2 working days for delivery to the Islands and to Scottish Highlands (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands, Inverness, Scottish Highlands, Oban, Arran). 

(*delivery may take longer during peak periods, public holidays and during adverse weather).

Delivery to addresses in Spain

Spain - Delivery by Post

Your order should arrive by post within 7 working days* of the order date.

Delivery is FREE on all orders over €100, otherwise it is €4.95 per order.

Parcels are sent from Ireland via An Post (anpost.ie/tracking) and then delivered by the national postal carrier in Spain Correos.

Delivery to other EU & International Destinations

We deliver to many countries, please see the list below.
International delivery is FREE on for orders €100+, otherwise the cost is between €12.50 and €18.95 per order.

Most European orders will arrive within 7 working days* of order with other international destinations taking 10-15 working days*.

The cost and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

International parcels are sent from Ireland via An Post (track.anpost.ie) and then delivered by the national postal carrier in each country.

      Non EU deliveries customs charges

      For orders being delivered to non EU countries, customers are responsible for any import and customs charges.

      Any additional charges are applied to your order when it reaches the destination country. The costs of these charges vary from country to country.

      Please contact your local customs office for current rates before placing your order.

      Is there a delivery charge for each item in my order?

      Delivery is FREE* when an order meets the below qualifying thresholds (excludes furniture*)

      €50+ for orders delivered to the Republic of Ireland
      £40+ for orders delivered to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
      €100+ for orders delivered to other international destinations.

      If your order value is less than the free delivery spend threshold, then one delivery charge is charged per order.

      * Certain large items of furniture are delivered separately (ROI only) and charged at a different rate. Click here to find out more information.

      If I order more than one item will they arrive together?

      Your order won’t be dispatched until it contains all the items you purchased.
      This does not include furniture which is dispatched separately.

      If there are a large number of items included in your order, it may be necessary to send multiple parcels.

      How can I track my order?

      Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

      Orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are delivered by DPD.

      Parcel tracking links for your order are sent following dispatch in the 'Order is on its Way' email.

      England, Scotland and Wales


      Deliveries are made via UK Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

      Parcel tracking links and consignment details are sent in the 'Order is on its Way' email.

      All other destinations

      International parcels are sent from Ireland via An Post (track.anpost.ie) and then delivered by the national postal carrier in each country.

      Please contact us if you need assistance tracking your order.

      Can my order be delivered to a different address than in my account?

      Your dunnesstores.com account gives you the option to save multiple delivery addresses or you can enter a new address during checkout.

      Does the delivery address need to be the same as my billing address?

      Orders can be sent to a delivery address in any country that we deliver to.

      You will need to provide the correct card billing address which is verified during the payment process.

      Do you deliver to work addresses?

      We deliver to work addresses, however the parcel will need to be received and signed for at the address.

      Do you deliver to a P.O. box?

      Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes in the UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

      For other delivery countries, the national postal company used may allow delivery to a P.O. box, but we recommend that you check with the national postal company before ordering.

      Can I have my order sent to a store?

      Orders can be delivered next day* free of charge* to your selected Dunnes Stores in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland (*excludes certain large items of furniture).

      I’ve accidentally chosen store collection instead of home delivery. Can I change this?

      We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, so unfortunately we are unable to change an order from store collection to home delivery or vice versa once the order is placed.

      If you need any assistance please contact Customer Service  as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

      Can I change the delivery address or country after I have received my order confirmation?

      We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, so unfortunately it may not be possible to make any changes to the delivery address or country.

      However, if you have made an error with the delivery address or country, please contact Customer Service  as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

      My order has not arrived within the expected time?

      To see the status and location of orders delivered by DPD or by post - click on the tracking link sent in the 'Order is on its way' email (excludes large items of furniture which is delivered by DHL Supply Chain). 

      Or contact our Customer Service team quoting your order number.

      For Store Collection orders please check the order status in your dunnesstores.com online account.

      If you used guest checkout when placing your order and need assistance tracking your order, please contact Customer Service.

      My item was damaged during delivery. What do I do?

      In the event that an item in your order has been damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service and we will help you to resolve this situation.

      What happens if there is nobody at home to receive my order?

      If you are not at home to accept your order, a note will be left advising you where the parcel is in order to organise redelivery or collection, or the driver may contact you to arrange for it to be left in a safe location or with a neighbour.

      For international orders, some national postal companies will return the order to a parcel collection depot and you will need to contact them regarding redelivery options using the card left when the delivery was attampted.

      An item is missing from my order. What do I do?

      Please check your order details in your confirmation email or in your online dunnesstores.com account to check that your order confirmation includes all the expected items.

      If you used guest checkout when making payment for your order, please contact Customer Service  and we will be happy to assist you.

      In the event that we are not able to fulfill all or part of your order, a seperate email is sent advising which item is affected. You will not be charged for any item we are unable to send to you.
