VALUEclub December mailing - delivery date

The VALUEclub December mailing will be sent out in early December 2017.

The VALUEclub points collection period for the December mailing runs from the 9th July to 4 November 2017.

If you earn 200 points during this points collection period and your card was registered on or before the 3rd November 2017 you will receive a VALUEclub mailing in early December. The mailing will be delivered to customer's registered account and will include monetary Dunnes Stores vouchers, exclusive promotions and Dunnes Stores product information.

Don't forget your can check your current VALUEclub points balance and mailing information at dunnesstores/points.

How do I join VALUEclub?

Just pick up a VALUEclub card in any store in the Republic of Ireland and you can begin collecting points straight away by presenting the card when making a purchase.

In order to be eligible to receive a VALUEclub mailing including monetary Dunnes Stores vouchers and exclusive promotions you will need to register your new card via our online form or contact us by phone, email or live chat.

To receive VALUEclub points from your dunnesstores.com online purchases please also enter your VALUEclub number into your dunnesstores.com online account.

Is there a deadline for registering my VALUEclub card?

Customers with unregistered VALUEclub cards have six months to register their new card from the first use of this card.

Cards can be registered either online or via email, phone or live chat. Failure to register the card within 6 months of the first use may result in the card being deactivated and any points earned on the card voided

How do I check my VALUEclub points balance online?

If your VALUEclub card is registerd then you can check your current VALUEclub points balance at dunnesstores.com/points.

How does VALUEclub work with dunnesstores.com?

If you add your VALUEclub number into your dunnesstores.com online account before placing an order, your account will be credited with the points you earn (excluding the delivery charge).

Where can I pick up a VALUEclub card?

VALUEclub cards are available to pick up in stores in the Republic of Ireland.

If you already have a VALUEclub card you will need to register the card online within 6 months of the first use or your points may expire.

How do I update my address, phone number or email?

If your name, address or phone details need updating, please contact us via email online chat or phone and we will update this information for you.

How do I link my new VALUEclub card with my old card?

Please email, live chat or call us and we can link the card/key fob for you

What should I do if my VALUEclubcard is lost?

A lost card is easily replaced, just pick up a new VALUEclub card in store and complete the new card registration form, then contact us and we will link your original card to the new card. Your existing points will be transferred for you so you don’t lose anything.

How can I update my VALUEclub details?

If your name, address or phone details need updating, please contact us via email online chat or phone and we will update this information for you.

What happens to points left over after a VALUEclub mailing?

Your points are never lost, any remaining VALUEclub points are carried over to the next points collection period.

Do I receive a VALUEclub mailing/vouchers if I have less than 200 points?

You need to earn at least 200 VALUEclub points before you receive a mailing.

How do I collect VALUEclub points?

Just present your VALUEclub card when making a purchase and you will earn 1 point for every €1 you spend. Once your earn 200 points during a points collection period you will be eligible to receive a VALUEclub mailing including money off vouchers for use in store.

Please don't forget that to receive VALUEclub points for your dunnesstores.com online purchases you will need to add your VALUEclub number into your online account before ordering.

Can I earn points before I register my VALUEclub card?

You earn VALUEclub points every time you use your card, however, we are unable to send you a VALUEclub mailing including monetary vouchers until you have registered your card. Click here to register your new card online.

In order to earn points when shopping online on dunnesstores.com, please add your VALUEclub number to your online account before making a purchase.

When will I receive my VALUEclub mailing?

The Valueclub December mailing will be sent out to eligible customers in early December 2017.

The VALUEclub points collection period for the December Mailing runs from the 9th July to the 4th November 2017.

If you earn 200 points during the points collection period and your card was registered before the 4th November 2017, then you will receive a VALUEclub mailing by post to your registered address. Your Valueclub mailing will include monetary Dunnes Stores vouchers, exclusive promotions and Dunnes Stores product information.

What happens if a VALUEclub mailing is returned to us?

If a VALUEclub mailing envelope is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the monetary vouchers enclosed will be cancelled.

If you have earned 200 or more points during a points collection period and didn't receive a mailing then you may need to update your address via email, phone or online chat so that the next mailing can be successfully delivered.

What happens if I lose my vouchers?

Lost or stolen vouchers can be reissued, please report this to us as soon as possible. Please contact us via email, phone or online chat.

Do VALUEclub money off vouchers expire?

The expiry date is printed on the vouchers, unfortunately they cannot be used beyond this date and we are sorry that we will be unable to reissue them.

Can my VALUEclub vouchers be redeemed online?

VALUEclub monetary vouchers are not currently redeemable in our online store. However, you can earn VALUEclub points when shopping online by simply adding your VALUEclub number to your online account before making a purchase.

Do you offer Certificates of Expenditure for coeliac customers?

If you are coeliac a Med 1 form can be used to claim tax back on purchases of gluten-free products from Dunnes Stores.

We provide all VALUEclub members who are registered as coeliac with a Annual Certificate of Expenditure – free of charge. Just let us know and we can add this information to your VALUEclub account.

How do I register to receive a Coeliac Certificate?

What happens if I forget to use my VALUEclub card when buying my gluten-free food?

Unfortunately, if you don't use your VALUEclub card during the purchase of gluten free products, we will be unable to update your Annual Certificate of Expenditure with these particular purchases. So please keep these receipts for inclusion with your end-of-year tax claim.
