I’m having problems accessing your site. What do I do?

You should be able to access dunnesstores.com using any browser. Your experience may be improved by using: Internet Explorer 10 or later, Safari 5 or later, Firefox 11 or later, Chrome 18 or later. I can’t sign in to my dunnesstores.com online account

Ensure you are using the email and password you registered with. If you have forgotten your password, select ‘Forgotten password’ and follow the instructions to reset your details.

How do I select my delivery country?

Select the coutnry that you would like to have you order delivered to. Click on the flag for you chosen delivery countryat the top right hand corner of your screen.

Can I change the currency in my order?

When you place an order the currency displayed is determined by the delivery country selected in the top right hand corner of the homepage.  If you select delivery to the UK all prices are in UK pounds and for all other delivery countries the prices are displayed in Euros.
