How do I use the Dunnes Stores App?
The Dunnes Stores App allows you secure access to a digital version of your Vouchers - like your €10 off €50 Shop & Save vouchers and exclusive app vouchers - your VALUEclub card, your VALUEclub account personal details, your loyalty points balance, as well as exciting new offers and lots of handy information like opening hours and the location of your nearest store.

If you have already created a new online VALUEclub account with password simply log in to the Dunnes Stores App using your VALUEclub username and password.
Can I log into the Dunnes Stores App on multiple devices?
Yes, you can log into your Dunnes Stores App account on multiple devices. This gives you access to your vouchers on multiple devices.
Download the Dunnes Stores App and sign up. If you have already created a new online VALUEclub account with password simply log in to the Dunnes Stores App using your VALUEclub username and password.
I’m already a VALUEclub member, how do I create my Dunnes Stores App account as an existing customer?
If you have already created an online VALUEclub account with password simply Log In to the Dunnes Stores App using your VALUEclub username and password, the credentials are the same.
Alternatively, to Sign Up in App you will be asked to enter your email address to create a username and password here. Then you will be able to add your VALUEclub card to your new App account.
If we are unable to add your current VALUEclub card, we will create a digital card for you so you won't miss out on any points or vouchers. We will make a note of your new card and your current card number to investigate the issue and get back to you with an update.
I’m a new customer, how do I create my Dunnes Stores App account as a new customer?
You can Sign Up for your new Dunnes Stores App account by entering your email address to create a username and password. Simply add your new VALUEclub card to your account, or if you don't have a VALUEclub card we will provide you with a digital VALUEclub card.
How do I edit my personal details in my Dunnes Stores App?
Once you've logged into the Dunnes Stores App select the ‘More’ screen and tap ‘My Account’ to view and update your personal details.
What devices can the Dunnes Stores App be installed on?
The Dunnes Stores app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store and is optimised for the latest three versions of the respective operating systems. This means, if you are on an old version of iOS or Android, you may not be able to use the Dunnes Stores App. The app is currently not supported on iPads and tablets.
Do I need an Internet Connection to use the Dunnes Stores App?
You will need an internet connection to Log In or Sign Up to the Dunnes Stores App, however, once you are logged into the app all your points and vouchers will automatically update even if you do not have the app open or have internet connection in store. All Dunnes Stores outlets now have complimentary WI-FI.
Can I see and use my Shop & Save vouchers in the Dunnes Stores App?
Yes you can, you'll find your Shop & Save Vouchers, e.g. €10 off €50, within the VALUEclub, Gift Cards & Vouchers section, as well as the "Wallet" tab of the app. Vouchers expiring soon will display on the App Home Screen also.
Note: vouchers may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your App once you earn them, and vouchers you use may take up to 30 minutes to move from the active vouchers section to the ‘Voucher History’ list.

Can I see my used vouchers in the Dunnes Stores App?
A summary of all your Redeemed, Expired and Pending vouchers for the past 30 days can be found in the 'Voucher History' section of the Dunnes Stores app.
Note: vouchers may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your App once you earn them, and vouchers you use may take up to 30 minutes to move from the active vouchers section to the ‘Voucher History’ list.
I cannot find a voucher that I thought I had, what should I do?
All of your currently valid Shop & Save vouchers, e.g. €10 off €50, will be available to see within the 'Wallet' tab of the Dunnes Stores App. A summary of all your redeemed and expired vouchers for the past month can be found in the 'Voucher History' section of the vouchers tab.
Note: vouchers may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your App once you earn them, and vouchers you use may take up to 30 minutes to move from the active vouchers section to the ‘Voucher History’ list.
Can I still use my printed till receipt Shop & Save vouchers, e.g. €10 off €50, instead of the digital vouchers in the Dunnes Stores App?
Yes you can, when you earn a Shop & Save voucher, you can use either the printed till receipt version or the digital version contained in the Dunnes Stores App. Once either version of the voucher has been used, that voucher will become redeemed and moved into the 'Voucher History' section in the app.
Note: vouchers may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your App once you earn them, and vouchers you use may take up to 30 minutes to move from the active vouchers section to the ‘Voucher History’ list.
Can I share the vouchers I have in my Dunnes Stores App with friends and family?
Yes, you can take a screenshot of the voucher on your mobile device and send it to your friends and family. Once your friend or family member redeems the voucher it is then used in full and that voucher will become redeemed and moved into the ‘Voucher History’ list in the app.
I have not received my €5 off €25 Welcome Voucher, what should I do?
You should receive your Welcome Voucher within 30 minutes of signing up to the Dunnes Stores App. However, if you have not received your Welcome Voucher within 24hours of creating your account then please contact customer support.
How long does it take for Vouchers to appear or disappear from the App?
Vouchers may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your App once you earn them, and vouchers you use may take up to 30 minutes to move from the active vouchers section to the ‘Voucher History’ list.
What should I do if I have not received the confirmation verification code?
Please check that you have entered your correct mobile phone number or email address and check your email junk or spam folder. If you still have not received a code you can request another code to be sent in the Dunnes Stores App or online here.
How do I log into my Dunnes Stores App account or online VALUEclub account?
Once you've created a VALUEclub account by submitting a username and password online or in the Dunnes Stores App you can then sign in using your log in details with your chosen password in App or online. Your online VALUEclub account and Dunnes Stores app account credentials (username and password) are the same.
I am having difficulties logging in to my Dunnes Stores App or online VALUEclub account?
We are sorry you are having difficulties, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Signing in with the dunnesstores.com online shopping account credentials rather than the VALUEclub account credentials. The online VALUEclub account is different to the dunnesstores.com online shopping account. These are separate accounts for which you may have chosen different sign in details.
- Existing VALUEclub members who already have a registered VALUEclub card but who do not yet have a VALUEclub account with password need to Sign Up in App here, or Create VALUEclub Account online here to be able to access the account.
- Using an incorrect Username. Your username is the email address OR mobile phone number that you used when creating your online VALUEclub account, you would have received a verification code to this email address or mobile phone number while creating your account. If you are unsure submit your email address or your mobile phone number then select 'Forgot Password?' here and a verification code will be sent to your correct username contact details.
- Using incorrect Password. If you have forgotten your password please enter the email address or mobile phone number you used to create your online VALUEclub account and follow the 'Forgot Password?' option to reset your password here.
When entering my VALUEclub card number into the Dunnes Stores App I see an error message: "That card number is already registered to another account", what should I do?
If you see this error it means that you already have an account associated with your VALUEclub card which you may have created previously online at dunnesstores.com/valueclub. Therefore, you should simply log in to the Dunnes Stores App using your VALUEclub username and password.
If you have forgotten your password please enter the email address or mobile phone number you used to create your online VALUEclub account originally and follow the 'I've forgotted my password' link on the 'Enter your password' app screen.
Your Login is your email or mobile number.
What can I do if I have forgotten which email address or mobile phone number I used to create my Dunnes Stores App or online VALUEclub account username?
Your username is the email address OR mobile phone number that you used when creating your online VALUEclub account, you would have received a verification code to this email address or mobile phone number while creating your account.
If you are unsure submit your email address or your mobile phone number then select ‘Forgot Password?’ here and a verification code will be sent if you have inputted the correct username details.
I have forgotten my password to my Dunnes Stores App or online VALUEclub account. How can I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password then please select 'Forgotten password' on the Log In page when prompted for your password, and follow the steps provided. Click here.
I have forgotten my password but I did not receive a reset password to my email address or mobile phone number, what should I do?
A verification code will only be sent if the username details are correct. Please check that you have tried both your mobile phone number or email address and check your email junk or spam folder. You can also request a resend of the code to be sent.
I am locked out of the Dunnes Stores app or VALUEclub account online for 30 minutes, what should I do?
After too many unsuccessful attempts to sign into your account, the account will be locked for 30 minutes as a security measure. After 30 minutes has passed you can log back into your account or reset your password here.
Once I log into the Dunnes Stores App, will I be logged out?
Once you've logged into your Dunnes Stores App you will be logged out after 30 days and will need to log in again, this is a security feature.
You will need an internet connection to log in or sign up to the Dunnes Stores App.
Phone Font size and the Dunnes Stores App?
If you have phone settings set to the largest font size you may experience partially blocked voucher redeemed barcode numbers in the Voucher History section of the app. This will not affect your redeemable vouchers.
I've entered my password verification code but cannot see what to do next?
If you cannot see the 'Next' button once you have entered your password verification code, tap on the screen above the keypad, the keypad will disappear and reveal the 'Next' button.
What is "Shop Same Day Grocery"?
Dunnes Stores has partnered with buymie to bring you the buymie personal shopper service directly from within your Dunnes Stores App.
Shop Same Day Grocery is connected with buymie personal shoppers in your area who will shop for and deliver your groceries in as little as 1 hour.

Can I purchase eGift Cards using the Dunnes Stores App?
The Dunnes Stores App allows you to purchase eGift Cards directly from within the app. Log In to your Dunnes Stores App and tap "Buy Gift Card" on the Home Screen. This option can also be found in the gift cards section of the "Wallet" tab.
Can I add a Gift Card(s) to the Dunnes Stores App?
The Dunnes Stores App allows you to add any plastic or eGift Cards directly to the app - multiple gift cards can be added at once, provided they are all unique.
Log In to your Dunnes Stores App and tap on the "Wallet" tab and select the "ADD CARD" option under the Gift Cards section. Any Gift Cards added to the app can be used in store from the "VALUEclub, Gift Cards & Vouchers" section of the app.
How can I delete my Dunnes Stores App account?
If you have a Dunnes Stores App account which you wish to delete, the Account Deletion option is available in the 'More' tab of the app. Tap 'More' -> 'My Account' -> 'Account Details' and you will see the DELETE ACCOUNT option at the bottom of that screen.
Your registered account details can be removed from the VALUEclub scheme at any time if you request it. You can submit a request to [email protected].
What are Payment Methods used for?
Payment Methods are used for any eCommerce purchases through the Shop Same Day Grocery section of the app, which is subject to deliverability. They take two forms - Apple/Google Pay and Credit/Debit Cards. By default, if Apple Pay is enabled on your Apple device, or Google Pay is enabled on your Android device respectively, this option will show as enabled and cannot be disabled unles your remove Apple/Google Pay from your device. Any Credit/Debit cards can be added and saved to use when processing a Same Day Grocery order.
