About the role

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll put your vibrant and passionate outlook, engaging personality, and customer service skills to work as you build an excellent knowledge of our products and deliver the fabulous service we’re famous for. To join us, you’ll need some experience of working with customers, handling cash, and visual merchandising, and you’ll be familiar with Hygiene, Health and Safety and have a knowledge of HACCP. We’ll also be looking out for confident communication skills, a commitment to helping people, and the ability to work as part of a busy team, too.

Dunnes Stores Sales Assistant Jobs

When you’ll work

We want to make this Christmas the most magical yet, so our stores will be open seven days a week, from early in the morning to late in the evenings. So, you’ll need to be flexible enough to work a range of shifts that cover all of our opening hours.

And because these roles are temporary, your contract will end on the 24th December, but we will need you to help us make the magic last until we close our doors on Christmas Eve.

But don’t forget, whilst this is a temporary role it could be the start of a new career at Dunnes Stores, depending on store needs there could be permanent positions post-Christmas.
