Next Day Delivery in the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland
Dunnes Stores is pleased to offer customers a choice of Next Day delivery options to addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland (excludes islands).

FREE Next Day Home Delivery
Dunnes Stores provides a FREE Next Day Home Delivery service for all orders of €50 (ROI) / £40 (NI) or more. Otherwise, a delivery fee of €3.95/£3.95 applies.
To avail of the offer, orders must be placed before 10pm (Sunday to Friday), and not include any large items of furniture (More on Furniture Delivery). Once the order is dispatched, customers receive an email with the order’s tracking number.
Free Next Day Click & Collect
Alternatively, orders placed before 10pm (Sunday to Friday) can be delivered free of charge to a selected Dunnes Stores in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. Once the order is ready for collection, customers receive a notification to the email address supplied during the ordering process.
Eircode
We recommend customers include an Eircode for any delivery address supplied as it helps our delivery company identify the specific location quickly and accurately. To find the Eircode of an address, visit: here, and click or tap Find an Eircode.
Delivery to the UK (England, Scotland & Wales)
Dunnes Stores is pleased to offer customers in the UK a FREE Home Delivery service on orders of £40 and more. Otherwise, a fee of £3.95 per order applies.
We use UK Royal Mail and Parcelforce for deliveries in England, Scotland and Wales, and orders placed Monday to Friday are expected to arrive within 5 working days of the order date.
An additional 2 working days are needed for delivery to the Islands and Scottish Highlands (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands, Inverness, Scottish Highlands, Oban, Arran).

Delivery to Spain
International Orders for delivery within Spain are sent from Ireland through An Post (Track your Order), and then delivered to the destination address by Correos, the national postal service. Orders of €100 or more will qualify for our FREE International Delivery service. Otherwise, a fee of €4.95 per order applies. Your item(s) should arrive within 7 working days of the order date.

Delivery to other EU & International Destinations
Dunnes Stores is pleased that many of Our Brands are available for delivery to countries worldwide (See the list below). Orders of €100 or more can avail of FREE international delivery. Otherwise, a fee of between €12.50 and €18.95 per order applies.
International orders are sent from Ireland through An Post (Track your Order), and then delivered by the national postal carrier in each respective country. Most European orders are expected to arrive within 7 working days of placing an order, with Rest of World orders arriving within 10-15 working days.

Custom Charges
For orders to non-EU countries, customers are responsible for all import and/or customs charges. These may apply when your order reaches its destination and vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

What happens if there is nobody at home to receive my order?
If a customer is not at home to accept a Dunnes Stores delivery, our couriers either leave a missed delivery card and advise on next steps or contact the customer directly to make alternative arrangements. These may include a new delivery time, collection details, or leaving the item(s) in a safe location such as with a neighbour.
For international orders, each national postal carrier has its own process for Home Delivery. We would expect a missed delivery card to advise customers of next steps – either a new delivery date / time or collection at a parcel depot.
I have ordered more than one item. Will they arrive together?
Customers that have ordered a large number of items may be sent multiple parcels but they will be dispatched at the same time.
Customers that order a large piece of furniture as part of an order will have all items delivered at the same time within 5 to 7 working days.
Can I choose an address that is different from the billing address?
For every online order, customers need to provide the correct billing address as these details are verified during the payment process. However, an alternative delivery address can be used.
A dunnesstores.com account allows customers save multiple delivery addresses and also add a new address during the checkout process. Orders can be sent to any delivery address in countries we deliver to, provided the purchased item(s) are available for delivery in that country. For example, furniture is not available for Home Delivery outside of the Republic of Ireland.
Work addresses
Our couriers deliver to work addresses; however, someone will need to be available to sign for the order on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK. For other delivery countries, the national postal company we use may deliver to P.O. boxes, but we strongly recommend customers check delivery terms before placing an order.
I have made a mistake with my order. Is it possible to make any changes to it now?
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, so unfortunately we cannot change order details once it has been placed. Customers that need further assistance should contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
There is a problem with my order. What should I do next?
If an item in your order has been damaged in transit, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we will help to find a resolution.
If an item is missing from an order, check the order confirmation email or review the Order History online. If we are not able to fulfil all or part of your order, we will advise you about this by email and you will not be charged for any item we are unable to send you.

I've bought a new electrical item. Where can I recycle my old one? (WEEE Recycling)

Customers buying new electrical items can avail of our free recycling service. Old products can be deposited at the time of sale of a new electrical product in store. Alternatively, or if purchasing online, customers can bring old electrical items to any of our Dunnes Stores within 28 days of the date of sale, accompanied with a valid proof of purchase. What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. Distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge.
Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electrical items on a like-for-like basis. Find more information on WEEE recycling, and to locate your local recycling centre, visit www.recyclenow.com.
Why recycle?
