Delivery Information
2 day Home Delivery and Click & Collect in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
Dunnes Stores offers customers an online order delivery service for Fashion and Homewares with delivery to either a home address or selected store in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland (excludes islands).
Click & Collect Service
Customers can choose to have their online order delivered free to their selected store with a 2 day delivery promise for orders placed before 8pm Sunday to Friday.
Please note there are no store deliveries on Sundays or on Bank Holidays and deliveries may be delayed due to operational issues such as adverse weather conditions and during peak periods.
Once an order is delivered to the selected store, a Ready for Collection email will be sent to the email address provided when ordering. Please bring a copy of this email (digital or printed) when collecting your order from a Fashion and Homewares Pay Point or Grocery Pay Point in store.
Dunnes Stores Fashion and Homewares stores and select Grocery stores in Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Spain offer this Click & Collect service.

Home Delivery with DPD
Dunnes Stores provides a FREE Home Delivery service for all orders of €50 (ROI) / £40 (NI) or more. Otherwise, a delivery fee of €3.95/£3.95 applies.
Our delivery promise is 2 days when ordered before 8 pm. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Large items of furniture are delivered by our delivery partner Etmar who will contact you once the order has been dispatched from our online store. Delivery will be made in 5 to 7 working days following order placement (More on Furniture Delivery).
We recommend customers include an Eircode for any delivery address supplied as it helps our delivery company identify the specific location quickly and accurately. To find the Eircode of an address, follow this link.
Delivery to the UK (England, Scotland & Wales)
Dunnes Stores offers customers an online order delivery service for Fashion and Homewares with delivery to home addresses in England, Scotland Wales and UK Islands.
We are pleased to offer a FREE Home Delivery service on orders of £40 and more. Otherwise, a fee of £3.95 per order applies.
Our delivery partners are Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are expected to arrive in 7 working days following the order date.
An additional 1-2 working days may be needed for delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands, Inverness, Scottish Highlands, Oban, Arran.

Customs and Duties Charges
For orders with delivery to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and UK islands, please note that customers are responsible for applicable import and/or customs charges for orders over £135 in value. For further details please see the HMRC website Click here

Delivery to Spain
Dunnes Stores offers customers an online order delivery service for Fashion and Homewares with delivery to home addresses in Spain.
We are pleased to offer a FREE Home Delivery service on orders of €100 and more. Otherwise, a fee of €4.95 per order applies.
Correos the national postal company deliver to Spanish addresses, orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are expected to arrive in 10 to 15 working days.

Delivery to other EU & International Destinations
Dunnes Stores offers customers an online order delivery service for Fashion and Homewares with delivery to selected countries worldwide (see the list below).
We are pleased to offer a FREE Home Delivery service on orders of orders of €100 or more. Otherwise, a fee of between €12.50 and €18.95 per order applies.
The national postal company in each country deliver our EU and International orders. If you are not in for the delivery they will leave a card detailing the redelivery options.

Custom Charges
For orders to non-EU countries including the UK, customers are responsible for all import and/or customs charges. These may apply when your order reaches its destination and vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

What happens if there is nobody at home to receive my order?
ROI and NI Orders with DPD
If a customer is not at home to accept their delivery, DPD will leave a missed delivery card and advise on next steps or contact the customer directly to make alternative arrangements. These may include a new delivery time, collection details, or leaving the item(s) in a safe location such as with a neighbour.

England, Wales Scotland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man with Royal Mail/Parcelforce
If a customer is not at home to accept their delivery, Royal Mail will leave a missed delivery card and advise on next steps for redelivery or collection. These may include a new delivery time, collection details, or leaving the item(s) in a safe location such as with a neighbour.
EU and International Orders with DHL
DHL will send a text the day before delivery given options for redelivery if not convenient. DHL will attempt delivery twice and leave a missed delivery card each time. If contact is not made the order is held for 30 days before being returned to sender.
Is it possible to make any changes to an order once placed?
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, so unfortunately we cannot change order details, the items ordered or the delivery method once the order has been placed.
I have ordered more than one item. Will they arrive together?
Customers that have ordered a large number of items may be sent multiple parcels but they will be dispatched at the same time.
Customers that order a large piece of furniture as part of an order will have all items delivered at the same time within 10 to 15 working days of order placement.
Can I choose an address that is different from the billing address?
For every online order, customers need to provide the correct billing address as these details are verified during the payment process. However, an alternative delivery address can be used.
A dunnesstores.com account allows customers to save multiple delivery addresses and also add a new address during the checkout process. Orders can be sent to any delivery address in countries we deliver to, provided the purchased item(s) are available for delivery in that country. For example, furniture is not available for Home Delivery outside of the Republic of Ireland.
Work addresses
Our couriers deliver to work addresses; however, someone will need to be available to sign for the order on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK. For other delivery countries, the national postal company we use may deliver to P.O. boxes, but we strongly recommend customers check delivery terms before placing an order.
There is a problem with my order. What should I do next?
If an item in your order has been damaged in transit, please email the Customer Service team as soon as possible with the order number and please also send a photo of the damaged item to [email protected].
If an item is missing from an order, check your order confirmation email or review your order in your online account. If we are not able to fulfill all or part of your order, we will advise you about this in an Order Update email and you will not be charged for any item we are unable to send you. If you paid using a credit or debit card you will not be charged for the item(s) that could not be sent and any shadow charge relating to the order will drop off your account in 5 to 7 days. If you paid with Paypal or a Dunnes Stores gift card the item that we could not send will be automatically refunded. Please retain your gift card for future use on dunnesstores.com.
I've bought a new electrical item. Where can I recycle my old one? (WEEE Recycling)

Customers buying new electrical items can avail of our free recycling service. Old products can be deposited at the time of sale of a new electrical product in store. Alternatively, or if purchasing online, customers can bring old electrical items to any of our Dunnes Stores within 28 days of the date of sale, accompanied with a valid proof of purchase. What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. Distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge.
Those establishing their own take-back scheme must, as a minimum, offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take-back of their old electrical items on a like-for-like basis. Find more information on WEEE recycling, and to locate your local recycling centre, visit www.recyclenow.com.
Why recycle?
