It is equally important to us that we continue to safeguard those working “behind the scenes” in our warehouses; those who pick, pack and help send your orders safely to your door.

Orders and delivery


We are experiencing a lot of demand presently.

Due to the high volume of orders, our delivery promise is currently 6 working days from the order date in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery to certain EU and other international countries is currently suspended. For more information please click here

Click & Collect Orders


For the welfare of our customers we have temporarily suspended our Click & Collect service in stores in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Customers with an order awaiting collection in a store that remains open can collect it as normal by presenting their Ready for Collection email to a member of the Fashion/Homewares team. If the collection store is now temporarily closed the store team will contact you directly regarding the transfer or refund of your Click and Collect order.

Does Dunnes Stores offer home delivery of groceries?


Currently we do not offer online grocery delivery.

What if I am self-isolating or do not wish to come into contact with a delivery driver?


DPD are our delivery partner for home delivery orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. DPD send a delivery advisory to customers via email and text where it can be arranged for the driver to leave a parcel outside in a safe location.

What if a Click & Collect location temporarily closes and I haven’t collected my parcel yet?


If this occurs then our store team will contact you and arrange for the order to be transferred to the nearest store or a refund processed.

Should I be concerned about touching an order I have received or collected?


The HSE and UK Public Health have advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the Covid 19 Coronavirus. In keeping with all leading expert guidelines, people are advised to wash their hands regularly.

I am self-isolating and am unable to collect my online order from the store?


We have extended our store collection period for online orders from 7 days of receipt into store to 28 days. If you need more time to collect your order please let us know at [email protected].
