Click & Collect
Where in store do I collect my order from?
Customers picking up their Click & Collect order should bring their Order Confirmation or Ready for Collection email to the store’s Customer Service desk or Fashion and Homewares Pay Point. In addition, customers may be asked to confirm the email address used when the order was made.
How long will the store hold my order for?
Click & Collect deliveries are held in store for 7 calendar days from the date the customer’s Ready for Collection email is sent. If you wish to extend the hold period, please contact our Customer Service team.
How can I return my order?
Customers can return their item(s) to any Dunnes Stores and request a refund or exchange within 28 days of the initial purchase. If the order was placed online, customers can also return the item(s) for a refund only (no exchange) by post to our Online Returns Centre. You have 28 days to return an item from the date of purchase. For more information, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges.
Can I place an online order in store?
Online orders can be made in store for delivery either to a home address or to a selected Dunnes Stores within the order country. FREE Next Day Delivery is available for our Click & Collect service in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland as well as FREE Next Day Home Delivery on all orders over €50/£40 for orders placed before 10pm (Sunday to Friday). Otherwise, a delivery fee of €3.95 (ROI) and £3.95 (UK/Northern Ireland) applies.
Customers in Spain can also order items in store for Store Collection within the country.
