Store Refund And Exchange Policy
At Dunnes Stores we are happy to exchange or refund items on presentation of the standard receipt within 28 days of purchase. Items must be returned as sold, in saleable condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.
If a gift receipt was issued and you wish to receive a refund, then both the standard and gift receipts must be presented, otherwise only an exchange or store credit can be offered.
If an item was previously exchanged and you wish to receive a refund, then both the standard and exchange receipts must be presented, otherwise only a product exchange can be offered.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following products:
underwear without the swing tags attached or if unsealed or without the original packaging/hanger, swimwear without the original hygiene seal, pierced jewellery, personal grooming items or cosmetics, gift cards, vouchers, savings stamps, mobile phone credit, Cinders handbags, other sealed goods that were unsealed after purchase, perishable goods, fresh food, Christmas hampers containing perishable items and the following (if the packaging is opened or damaged) bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, pillows and curtains etc.
