The 2024 Autumn Giveaway Win your Shopping for a Year Scan & Win Competition (the Competition) is being run by Dunnes Stores Unlimited Company [the Promoter] and is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Competition.

COMPETITION ENTRY

2. The competition consists of seven (7) Weekly Draws from Tuesday 13 August to Monday 30 September 2024 inclusive.
3. The Entry Period for each weekly Prize Draw is 00:01 on Monday to 00:00 (midnight) on Sunday each week.

5. To enter each weekly Prize Draw members must have a Dunnes Stores App account with an up to date mobile phone number and email address and purchase at least one item from a list of specific grocery brand partners. 6. To qualify for the weekly draw, the transaction must take place during the Entry Period and must use a VALUEclub card. Transactions may be at any till in any Dunnes Stores outlet within Republic of Ireland, in the Dunnes Stores App or online via www.dunnesstoresgrocery.com. Customers must ensure that a VALUEclub number is entered in the corresponding customer online account before the transaction is completed.
7. One entry per week per customer.
8. By entering the Competition you are accepting these Competition Terms and Conditions and you agree to:
   1. Dunnes Stores using your mobile number and email address for the purposes of entering you in to the Weekly Draw and for contacting you in the event that you are a winner.
   2. Dunnes Stores displaying your name and image on promotional materials in-store, online, social media and in upcoming VALUEclub mailings in the event that you are a winner.
   3. have accepted and be bound by the rules.
9. The Prize for each weekly draw consists of one year of Free Grocery shopping which will be given to the winner as a Dunnes Stores gift card to the value of €10,000. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes for alternative prizes of an equal value.
10. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable and no cash alternative will be available in any circumstances.
11. The Prize will be given to winners as Dunnes Stores gift cards. Gift card terms and conditions apply.
12. Prize winners will also be notified by phone. Two attempts will be made to contact the winner using the mobile phone number on the winner’s VALUEclub account. If the winner cannot be contacted after two attempts over a two-day period, the prize will be deemed to be unclaimed and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Competition rules. The Prize will be issued as 10x €1,000 Dunnes Stores gift cards to be collected from any Dunnes Stores outlet in the Republic of Ireland (by arrangement) and winners may be invited to participate in publicity with a member of the Dunnes Stores team. 13. Winners may be asked to correctly answer a test of skill question in order to claim the prize.

GENERAL RULES

14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with the prize including as a result of any entrant winning or not winning the prize (to the extent permissible by law). The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received during the Entry Periods.
15. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend and extend the Competition in circumstances outside of its control. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
17. In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions or any specific terms and conditions are held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining provisions which shall continue in full force and effect.
18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No late, incomplete, or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

13. Store Prize winners will be notified by an email which will include one €75 Dunnes Stores e-gift card. Gift card terms and conditions apply. E-gift cards will be sent to winners by email using the email address associated with the VALUEclub account used in the entry transaction. Entrants should check their spam or junk folder to check if they have won an e-gift card.
14. VALUEclub Reward Point Prizes
    1. VALUEclub Reward Point Prize winners will be notified by email and points will be added to the VALUEclub account by 30 August 2024.
       1. VALUEclub Reward points will be added to the VALUEclub account used in the shopping transaction.

15. Dunnes Stores App Voucher Prizes
    1. Dunnes Stores App Voucher Prizes will be notified by email and given to winners as Shop & Save threshold vouchers and are subject to the following conditions:
       1. Dunnes Stores App Voucher Prizes will be loaded into the Dunnes Stores App account used in the shopping transactions. A notification will be sent to winners by email if a valid email address is available.
       2. Dunnes Stores App Voucher Prizes can be redeemed in-store in the Republic of Ireland and cannot be redeemed online.
       3. Voucher valid on qualifying grocery items only. Voucher not valid on clothing, footwear, homewares, café, alcohol (does not affect non-alcoholic items), tobacco, medicines, infant milk formula, lottery products, checkout bags, deposit return fee, savings stamps, gift vouchers/cards, & mobile top-up & items purchased for resale.
       4. Dunnes Stores App Dunnes Stores App Voucher prizes are subject to a minimum spend threshold before voucher can be used.
       5. Dunnes Stores App Voucher prizes are subject to validity / expiry dates and cannot be extended once expired.
       6. This voucher can be redeemed with up to eight other Shop & Save vouchers once the combined qualifying spend is met.
