1. The Switch to App (the Competition) is being run by Dunnes Stores Unlimited Company [the Promoter] and is open to recipients of the 2023 VALUEclub Rewards Autumn postal mailing aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Competition.
2. To enter the Competition, VALUEclub members must have a valid Dunnes Stores App account with an up to date mobile phone number and email address by 11:59pm on Saturday 16th September 2023.
3. Maximum of one competition entry per customer, per Dunnes Stores App account, VALUEclub number, mobile phone number and/or email address.
4. By entering the Competition you are accepting these Competition Terms and Conditions and you agree to:
   1. Dunnes Stores using your VALUEclub account name, mobile number and email address for the purposes of entering you in to the Competition Draw and for contacting you in the event that you are a winner.
   2. Dunnes Stores displaying your name and image on promotional materials in-store, online, social media and in upcoming VALUEclub mailings in the event that you are a winner.
   3. have accepted and be bound by the rules.
5. Competition Prizes consists of the following items provided by Three Ireland:
   1. x3 Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phones (or iPhone equivalent, subject to availability).
   2. x2 Steepletone Jive Rock Sixty LXA Jukeboxes.
6. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable and no cash alternative will be available in any circumstances.
7. The winner will be notified by phone. Two attempts will be made to contact the winner using the mobile phone number on the winner’s VALUEclub account. If the winner cannot be contacted after two attempts over a two day period, the prize will be deemed to be unclaimed and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Competition rules. The winner may be asked to correctly answer a test of skill question in order to claim the prize.
8. The winner will need to confirm their current postal address for the purpose of issuing their prize and this postal address will be retained in their VALUEclub account.
9. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with the prize including as a result of any entrant winning or not winning the prize (to the extent permissible by law). The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received during the Entry Period.
10. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend and extend the Competition in wholly exceptional circumstances outside of its control. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
12. In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions or any specific terms and conditions are held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining provisions which shall continue in full force and effect.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No late, incomplete, or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
15. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
16. The winners will be notified by Friday 29th September 2023.

1. The 2023 Summer Scan & Win Competition (the Competition) is being run by Dunnes Stores Unlimited Company [the Promoter] and is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Competition.

Competition Entry

2. The competition consists of three (3) Prize Draws; June, July and August 2023 [the Competition Periods].
3. The Entry Period for each monthly Prize Draw is 00:00 (midnight) on the first day of each month to 23:59 on the last day of the month.
4. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
5. To enter each monthly Prize Draw members must have an up to date mobile phone number and email address and:
   1. Use their Dunnes Stores App or physical VALUEclub card in a Dunnes Stores shopping transaction at least four (4) times during the month and spend a combined total of €100 or more during the month. Alcohol, tobacco, medicines, infant milk formula, lottery products, checkout bags, savings stamps, gift vouchers/cards, & mobile top-up & items purchased for resale will not be included in minimum spend calculation.
   2. The transaction may be at any till in any Dunnes Stores outlet within Republic of Ireland or in the Dunnes Stores App or online via www.dunnesstoresgrocery.com or www.dunnesstores.com ensuring a VALUEclub number is entered in the corresponding customer online account before order placement.
6. One entry per month per customer.
7. By entering the Competition you are accepting these Competition Terms and Conditions and you agree to:
   1. Dunnes Stores using your VALUEclub account name, mobile number and email address for the purposes of entering you in to the Monthly Draw and for contacting you in the event that you are a winner.
   2. Dunnes Stores displaying your name and image on promotional materials in-store, online, social media and in upcoming VALUEclub mailings in the event that you are a winner.
   3. have accepted and be bound by the rules.
8. Prizes for each monthly draw consists of 10x €5,000 Click & Go Holiday Voucher and a €200 gift card for each Dunnes Stores outlet .
9. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable and no cash alternative will be available in any circumstances.
10. €5,000 Holiday Voucher Prizes will be given to winners as one €5,000 Click & Go Voucher. Click & Go Holiday Voucher Terms and Conditions apply.
11. Dunnes Stores has no responsibility or liability for the fulfilment or performance of the Voucher Prizes. Fulfilment of the Voucher Prizes will be carried out by SimplySun Limited trading as Click&Go.
12. €200 gift cards will be given to winners as one €200 Dunnes Stores gift card. Gift card terms and conditions apply.
13. Monthly Draw winners will be notified by phone. Two attempts will be made to contact the winner using the mobile phone number on the winner’s VALUEclub account. If the winner cannot be contacted after two attempts over a two-day period, the prize will be deemed to be unclaimed and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Competition rules.
14. Winners may be asked to correctly answer a test of skill question in order to claim the prize.
15. Draw winners will be notified during the first week of the subsequent month of each draw.
16. Dunnes Stores will share the Click&Go Holiday Vouchers winners’ name and contact details with SimplySun Limited trading as Click&Go for the purpose of their fulfilling your prize. Draw winners will need to confirm their current postal address for the purpose of issuing their prize and this postal address will be retained in their VALUEclub account.
17. Prizes will be collected from any Dunnes Stores outlet in the Republic of Ireland (by arrangement) and winners may be invited to participate in publicity with a member of the Dunnes Stores team.

General Rules

18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with the prize including as a result of any entrant winning or not winning the prize (to the extent permissible by law). The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received during the Entry Periods.
