Open the Dunnes Stores App, sign in to your account and tap on the yellow banner at the top of the Home Screen. Add/verify your email address and follow the on-screen instructions to verify your email address.

The way you sign in to the Dunnes Stores App is changing as we move to using a single, common identifier — your email address — to streamline sign-in and support future improvements. This update applies only to customers who currently sign in using a mobile phone number and do not yet have an email address linked to their account. If this applies to you, please open the app, sign in, and tap the yellow banner at the top of the Home Screen. You will be guided to add or verify your email address by following the on-screen instructions.

You have 30 days from the date of your first notification to complete email verification of your app account.

If email address verification is not completed within 30 days, you will be required to complete it before you can regain access to this app account. You may sign out and use a different account, but to continue using this account where you sign in with a mobile number, email verification must be completed.

Please ensure:

•  You have a strong and stable internet connection.
•  You have checked your Junk or Spam folders.
•  If the issue persists, please contact Customer Service.

If the email address you enter already exists on our system, you may be prompted to merge Valueclub app accounts. This means you currently have two app accounts — one linked to your mobile number and another linked to your email address. Merging app account allows you to combine these into a single app account using your email address to sign in. During the app merge process, we will guide you step by step and ensure that any eligible items of value are transferred.

No, this app sign-in change applies to customers who currently use a mobile phone number to sign into the Dunnes Stores app. If you have more than one app account, merging is optional. If you choose not to merge your app accounts, you can continue with verification by entering an alternative email address that is not already associated with another app account.
