Gift cards can be added to your Dunnes Stores App account. Once you have added your Gift Card, the balance will update within 30 minutes of using it.

Alternatively, you can check your gift card balance by clicking here and entering the 19-digit Dunnes Stores Gift card number and the 4 digit pin, then click Submit.

Physical gift cards purchased in store are active for use immediately following purchase.

Physical gift cards purchased online on dunnesstores.com are activated for use in store 2 working days following purchase for security reasons.

E-gift cards purchased on dunnesstores.com are redeemable from the time a recipient receives and redeems/opens fully the email containing their e-gift card.

Corporate gift cards require activation through private login by the person who purchased the corporate card. Please contact person in organisation who placed order.

Physical gift cards are activated in store at the time of purchase and are valid for 5 years.

Physical corporate order gift cards purchased on dunnesstores.com are activated by contacting our Corporate Sales team and valid for 5 years.

E-gift cards purchased on dunnesstores.com are valid for 5 years following purchase.

The Gift Card balance may take up to 30 minutes to update in the App. If it does not update within this time, please ensure you refresh the screen before contacting Customer Service
