For your security, we have not migrated your saved card data across to our new platform. Our trusted payment partners had this data saved, in a secure manner using industry standard encryption. As this data will no longer be used for your Dunnes Stores account, this data will be purged in line with industry standards and proof of this purge will be provided to Dunnes Stores.

As this data was not saved on Dunnes Stores servers, rather it was saved on our payment providers secure database, we did not have access to this information as per normal industry security standards and therefore, it would not have been possible to migrate this information across. This is normal procedure, to keep your payment data secure and is in line with industry security standards.

When you are making your next purchase, when logged into “ My Account” you will be given the option to save your payment details.
