1. What is the Voucher Holiday Extension? This feature allows you to extend your Shop & Save vouchers with your Dunnes Stores App account while you’re away. The current expiry date will be extended by 21 days.
   How do I use the Voucher Holiday Extension? Go to the ‘Wallet’ tab of the app and under the ‘Vouchers’ section you will see a ‘Holiday extension’ sub-section. Tap this to view more information and enabled your holiday extension.

2. What vouchers will be extended? Shop & Save vouchers can be extended. Please note the Shop & Save vouchers must be active and visible in your Dunnes App account to be eligible for extension. Reward or Re-turn vouchers cannot be extended.

3. How often can I use this feature? You can extend your vouchers once per calendar year. Your limit will reset each year on 1st January.

4. How can I be sure my vouchers are extended? Once you enable the voucher extension, you will see a confirmation message and all eligible vouchers will show an ‘Extended’ label.
   Can I redeem my vouchers once extended? Yes, extended vouchers are not paused and remain available for use.
