Care:
Before first use: remove all packaging and wash with warm soapy water with non-scratch scourer or brush rinse well and dry thoroughly
Do not over fill. Only fill the pots to two-thirds of its capacity when cooking. Use a medium heat setting. Extremely high temperatures can damage non-stick
Do not let flames extend beyond the base of the pan or let the handles directly rest over the heat source (as they may become excessively hot and dangerous to handle)
Always lift the pan off the heat source (particularly hobs) as sliding can cause scratching and damage to the hob
Lids are glass (tempered) and can shatter if dropped, knocked or chipped
Do not place lid on heat source
Do not place pan directly from heat source into cold water as this may result in warping and damage to the inner core
Do not use scouring pads or abrasive cleaners on the pots / pans as this may damage the surface
Dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended
Always cook based on suitable heat source
Always match the size of the pan base to the size of the heating source
Always leave pans to soak in lukewarm water and let them cool before cleaning
Do not use metal utensils or knives inside the bases which are non-stick coated as these will damage the coating. Do not cut food in pan.
Simply wash your pan with vinegar and rinse with water to remove discolouration. In hard water areas, calcium build up stains may occur.
