Care:

• Clean with a dry cloth after each use
• Not cleaning will result in clogging
• Insert the knife blade into appropriate slot and gently apply force, pushing the blade down as you pull it through the slot towards you. Repeat this 3 - 6 times. This method restores it to its original sharpness. Make sure that you can hear an audible grinding sound when you pull the blade through. To ensure the whole blade gets sharpened, follow the curve of the knife so that the handle comes up and is higher at the end than it was at the beginning.
