Care:
- Wash with warm soapy water before first use and dry thoroughly
- All knives are dishwasher safe but it is recommended to hand wash
- Sharpen blades regularly and always keep blade protected and away from other objects
- Never clean the knives with steel wood, scouring pads or harsh liquids Always load knives in dishwasher blade down
- Remove from dishwasher immediately after cycle is finished and dry down with cloth to prevent to pitting
- Leaving the knives in extended contact with foodstuffs can cause staining

- To remove knife from pack, carefully open box from the bottom end and remove internal tray and keep away from touching blade surface
- Guarantee: These knives are guaranteed for 10 years for parts and workmanship. Please note the following:
- The forged stainless steel blade is durable, but must be treated with care
- Avoid dropping onto hard surfaces as the edge may chip
- Use wooden or plastic chopping boards only to avoid blunting or damaging the blade
- Store away from other kitchen gadgets in drawer (use knife block) as otherwise the blade can get damaged
- Avoid use on meat bones, as again this will blunt the blade
- Avoid using the blade to crush foods
- Never use the tip of the blade as a tool or implement for unrelated works
