Raspberry rose vinaigrette

You may think of this jam as something to put on your favourite scone and indeed it is delicious, but here is another way to use it: add a teaspoon to vinegar and some olive oil for a sweet vinaigrette. This is so easy to make and can be whipped up in two minutes! Drizzle over any greens, I think it is particularly nice on a warm goats cheese salad.

  • 1 tsp Considered raspberry and rose jam
  • 3 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt
  1. 1. Add raspberry and rose jam to vinegar.
  2. 2. Stir to combine.
  3. 3. Add remaining ingredients and whisk
  4. 4. Drizzle over your favourite salad and enjoy!
