Raspberry rose vinaigrette
You may think of this jam as something to put on your favourite scone and indeed it is delicious, but here is another way to use it: add a teaspoon to vinegar and some olive oil for a sweet vinaigrette. This is so easy to make and can be whipped up in two minutes! Drizzle over any greens, I think it is particularly nice on a warm goats cheese salad.
- 1 tsp Considered raspberry and rose jam
- 3 tsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tsp olive oil
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1. Add raspberry and rose jam to vinegar.
- 2. Stir to combine.
- 3. Add remaining ingredients and whisk
- 4. Drizzle over your favourite salad and enjoy!
