• When using a gas hob adjust the flame so that it does not extend up the sides of the pan
• Before use wash with clean hot soapy water and dry thoroughly
• Clean with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly
• Suitable for stove top and oven safe to a maximum temperature of 170 degrees celsius, 330 degrees fahrenheit or gas mark 4
• Under certain cooking conditions the lid and handle could become hot to touch
• We recommend the use of a cloth or oven glove until your become accustomed to your new cookware
