Refund & Exchange Policy
At Dunnes Stores we are happy to exchange or refund items purchased on presentation of the standard receipt within 28 days of purchase. Items must be returned as sold in saleable condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.
If a gift receipt was issued and you wish to receive a refund then both standard and gift receipts must be presented, otherwise only an exchange or store credit can be offered.
If an item was previously exchanged and you wish to receive a refund then both the standard and exchange receipt must be presented otherwise only a product exchange can be offered
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following products: underwear with the swing tags attached or if unsealed or without the original packaging/hanger, swimwear without the original hygiene seal, pierced jewellery, personal grooming items or cosmetics, gift cards, vouchers, saving stamps, mobile phone credit, Cinders handbags, other sealed goods that were unsealed after purchase, perishable goods, fresh foods, Christmas hampers containing perishable items and the following (if the packaging is opened or damaged) bed sheetes, duvet covers, pillowcases, pillows and curtains etc.
This does not affect your statutory rights
