How do I use My VALUEclub account?
Your VALUEclub account allows you secure access to manage your personal details online and keep track of your VALUEclub points. Sign in or create your new VALUEclub account in the Dunnes Stores App or online here.
Can I log into the Dunnes Stores App on multiple devices?
Yes, you can log into your Dunnes Stores App account on multiple devices. This gives you access to your voucher on multiple devices.
Download the Dunnes Stores App and sign up. If you have already created a new online VALUEclub account with password simply log in to the Dunnes Stores App using your VALUEclub username and password.
How do I edit my personal details in My VALUEclub account?
Once you've created and signed into your VALUEclub account in the Dunnes Stores app or online you can view and edit your personal details.
In the Dunnes Stores App select the ‘More’ screen and click ‘Your VALUEclub Account’ to view and update your information.
Online select Personal Details from the menu options to view and update your information such as your postal address, email address and mobile phone number. Please create your Dunnes Stores App or online VALUEclub account and sign in here.
I’m already a VALUEclub member, how do I create my online VALUEclub account as an existing customer?
If you already have a registered VALUEclub card, you will be asked to enter your mobile phone number or email address to create a username and password in the Dunnes Stores App or online here. Then you will be able to add your VALUEclub card to your new VALUEclub account.
If we are unable to add your current VALUEclub card, we will create a digital card for you so you won't miss out on any points or vouchers.
I’m a new customer, how do I create my online VALUEclub account as a new customer?
You can create your new VALUEclub account by entering your mobile phone number or email address to create a username and password in the Dunnes Stores App or online here. Simply add your new VALUEclub card to your account, or if you don't have a VALUEclub card we will provide you with a digital VALUEclub card.
How do I add my VALUEclub card to my new Dunnes Stores app or online VALUEclub account?
When you create your new online VALUEclub account you will be given the opportunity to add your VALUEclub card to your account by entering the last 12 digits of your VALUEclub card number. If the username you entered matches the details you previously entered when you originally registered your VALUEclub card then your VALUEclub card will automatically be added to your account. (Note:your username is the mobile phone number or the email address you chose to use when you created your account).
If your username does not match the information we have on record in the VALUEclub system, then we will ask you to confirm some additional personal details such as your address, landline or date of birth to confirm it is you.
I have forgotten my password to my Dunnes Stores App or online VALUEclub account. How can I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password then please select 'Forgotten password' on the sign in page when prompted for your password, and follow the steps provided online here or in the Dunnes Stores App.
I have forgotten my password but I did not receive a reset password to my email address or mobile phone number, what should I do?
Please check that you have entered your correct mobile phone number or email address and check your email junk or spam folder. If you still have not received a code you can request another code to be sent online here or in the Dunnes Stores App.

How do I sign into My VALUEclub account?
Once you've created a new VALUEclub account by submitting a username and password you can then sign in using your chosen sign in details with your chosen password online here or in the Dunnes Stores App. You must sign in with the exact email address, or the exact mobile phone number you used to created your online VALUEclub account.
I am having difficulties signing in to my Dunnes Stores app or online VALUEclub account?
We are sorry you are having difficulties, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Signing in with the dunnesstores.com online shopping account credentials rather than the VALUEclub account credentials The online VALUEclub account is different to the dunnesstores.com online shopping account. These are separate accounts for which you may have chosen different sign in details.
- Existing VALUEclub members who already have a registered VALUEclub card but who do not yet have a VALUEclub account with password need to Sign Up in App here, or Create VALUEclub Account online here to be able to access the account.
Using an incorrect Username. Your username is the email address OR mobile phone number that you used when creating your online VALUEclub account, you would have received a verification code to this email address or mobile phone number while creating your account.
If you are unsure submit your email address or your mobile phone number then select ‘Forgot Password?’ here and a verification code will be sent to your correct username contact details.
- Using incorrect Password. If you have forgotten your password please enter the email address or mobile phone number you used to create your online VALUEclub account and follow the ‘Forgot Password?’ option to reset your password here.
What can I do if I have forgotten which email address or mobile phone number I used to create my Dunnes Stores app or online VALUEclub account username?
Your username is the email address OR mobile phone number that you used when creating your online VALUEclub account, you would have received a verification code to this email address or mobile phone number while creating your account.
If you are unsure submit your email address or your mobile phone number then select ‘Forgot Password?’ here and a verification code will be sent to your correct username contact details.
.I am locked out of my account for 30 minutes what should I do?
After too many unsuccessful attempts to sign into your account, the account will be locked for 30 minutes as a security measure. After 30 minutes has passed you can log back into your account or reset your password in the Dunnes Stores App or online here.
Why does it say: "Hmm.. That's not the mobile number/email we have" when creating my Dunnes Stores app or online VALUEclub account?
This because the mobile phone number/email address that you used to create your username is not the same as the mobile phone number/email address that was used when you originally registered your Dunnes Stores VALUEclub card.
If you don’t remember that mobile number/email address we can try to verify your account details another way, by matching other information you used when originally registering your VALUEclub card or we can provide you with a new digital VALUEclub card by following the account creation steps in the Dunnes Stores App or online here and selecting the option No, I don’t have a VALUEclub card.
Will I receive my VALUEclub rewards vouchers in my Dunnes Stores app or online VALUEclub account?
Once at least 200 points are earned with your VALUEclub card within a specified points collection period, you will receive VALUEclub Reward vouchers (ROI only). There are three VALUEclub Rewards each year: Spring, Autumn and Christmas. You will receive your VALUEclub Reward voucher in the Dunnes Stores app.

We recommend that the following browser versions are used:

Older web browsers are not supported and we would recommend that you download the most recent version.
