- WARNING - Switch off electricity supply at fuse box before and during installation.
- This is a Class 1 product and does require an earth connection 220-240V~ 50/60Hz
- If your fitting requires cleaning, use a soft cloth. Never use polish containing abrasives or solvents as these may damage the finish.
- INSTALLATION:
- Switch off the mains power supply.
- 1. Remove the fixing bracket from the ceiling plate and use it as a tem- plate to mark 2 holes on the ceiling joist. Using a drill, drill 2 holes on the ceiling and insert suitable plugs (not supplied). Place the fixing bracket over the holes previously drilled and secure in place using the fixing screws provided.
- 2. Connect the supply wires to the connector block, fixed on the ceiling plate, opposite the corresponding wires from the fitting. (Ensure that connections are tight and no loose strands of wire are left out of the connector block). IF AT ALL UNSURE, STOP NOW AND SEEK PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE.
- 3. Place the ceiling plate over the pre-fixed bracket and secure in place using the side screws.
- 4. Place the glass shade over the lamp holder.
- 5. Screw the shade ring onto the lamp holder to secure glass shade in place.
- 6. Screw the bulb (Not Supplied) into the lamp holder ensuring you will not exceed the maximum wattage stated on the product.
- Switch on the mains power supply and test the product.
